Have you considered adding the new Seek and Info bars, like in Hitchers mod?
For example, so you can see the movie name, when pausing.

Babylon 9.04 repack2 is no longer the newest version. In fact, it was only the newest version for probably about 30 minutes. The reason for this is that XBMC is constantly being updated by its programmers. The newest version for windows can always be found in the sticky post at the top of:

hi andy, two items to point out from latest XBMC-SVN/AeonShowMix-GIT..
1. I use external player (MPC-HC) as my default player. When I play a movie from the library, the side vertical menu shows up.. When I stop playing and return to XBMC, the movie list is scrolls left by about 5 or 6 movies before it stops.. this does not happen if I use the default dvdplayer.. I even tried context menu > play with and default dvdplayer is ok, but external player is not..
To Reproduce:
1) configure external player with http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=HOW-TO_use_an_external_player
2) go to movies, play a movie
3) notice that the vertical menu appears, then screen changes and movie plays..
4) stop playing, return to xbmc, movies scroll left-wards for about 6 or 7 movies then stops scrolling by itself..
2. for the backdrops, I like to use a folder with images so that it rotates for all the images. I go to Settings > customise backdrop for Weather and Settings and point them to (different) folders. In the Home screen, they work like a charm. When I am over Weather or Settings in the Menu, the backdrop rotates nicely. but when I select the menu, eg. Weather > Select Location or Settings Main menu, then the backdrop cycles between the pictures at high speed.
To Reproduce:
1) go to customize > backdrops, choose a folder with several images in it for weather and/or settings instead of a single image
2) go back to home
3) navigate to weather, wait. probably the weather shows up (duh yeah
.. notice the backdrop changes automatically4) select weather, the Select Location box will show up, but now, the backdrop is flashing all the images in the folder, maybe 1s for each image
5) repeat steps 3 and 4 but this time with Settings..
anyway, these are not really very big issues.. just a little annoying..

Check your external player config and make sure the following is set to false
<hidecursor>false</hidecursor>
Works fine for me when set to false but does exactly what you wrote above when set to true

One but... always a but hehe.... fanart does not work in list view, can you change that? Thanks man!

The freezing problem mentioned earlier is definitely the weather.com plugin
tried it with other mods and caused the same problem
