Playlists save location - Zippolighter - 2009-07-04

If I create a playlist and save the playlist, the playlist is saved in the folder where XBMC is installed not in the user specific folder.
All other informations are saved in the user specific folder.
Is this intended or a bug??
For my point of view should all data saved at the same area
