I want to add support for this to Alaska Revisited but I can't seem to get it to do anything when it's run. I see the script start dialog and then the movie just plays.
Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Didn't check the settings and assumed it would do something by default.

So when I start a movie xbmc has a problem returning to the library after I press X (stop on my remote). I end up with a black screen.
I removed HTC from my addons and userdata folders and tried to enter and then stop a movie as normal and the problem continued.
I'm no longer sure that HTC is causing the problem because I removed it. However the only addition to my system is the HTC addon and Nuka's repository.
Also, If I let a movie or tv show finish playing it also has issues returning to the library afterwords.
If this has nothing to do with the script then just let me know. I can do some further research on my own and post to a separate thread if need be.

thanks a lot for the suggestion - i did a fresh install of the latest xbmc and then installed the cinema experience script. I can configure it now without crashing but using backrow skin, when i select a movie and then the info screen and then "home theatre" the script does not launch - is there something else I should be doing to get the script to launch before the movie starts?

I think the issue is that backrow is supporting the old HTE script.
I saw a thread requesting Home Cinema Experience support for the back row skin. I believe the author of the skin has updated it and posted a mediafire link to download. Its not in the official addon repo yet. Sorry, I'm at work right now and don't have time to go digging for the thread. Search should find it though.
Also, the git version of night and svn version of transparency support this.

quebert - The script has a lowest time of 5 minutes, but you can end the trivia by pressing the Back button(at least I believe it's the back button) Once the script is back to full functioning on Dharma we'll look into some updates..
Tomkun - what skin(and version) are you using...
Hitcher - Everything is defaulted to None in the settings. so it really will not do anything with out going through the settings.
htpc guy - Will look through your xbmc.log file and see what I can find...
sting2010 - at the moment there are only 3 skins that have built in support, none are available from the Official Repo yet. each of the skins that do support it, have the code available for download you might need to get your self familiar with Git and SVN to have the bleeding edge stuff..

Never mind with my debug log. I got it working. Problem was my system was having problems with a setting that I forgot that I enabled. It didn't like the "adjust display refresh rate to match video". Hope you didn't spend too much time looking at it.
Great script though. Its working like a charm.

I started to, but got distracted.. Trying to figure out why I can stream from Apple Movie Trailers from XBMC..
I'm glad it's working for you.. Nuka makes really good scripts...
Can any one verify that streaming trailers(the two options other than the local folder) works?

Apple Movie Trailers (newest) works for me.
Apple Movie Trailers (database) does not work.
I think from memory you needed the full AMT addon installed for the (database) option, I've only got the AMT-lite addon installed.
yep installed the full AMT addon and created a minimal db, then set the path to db in settings and Apple Movie Trailers (database) does work

I have it set to stream 2 trailers from apple movies lite. I can set quality and it picks them based off of genera and rating of the movie I have selected.
