Yes, by the way, thank you so much for this script too.

I never realized how much I have been relying on it. Lately my wife has been working in the living room when I watch my shows, so I have to turn down the volume really low, and put the subtitles on,

this script makes it so easy to get any subtitle I need on the fly. Amazing.

Btw, I don't see the last two updates when I check in SVN Repo inside xbmc (svn repo installer) 1.50 is the last version.
Is there usually a delay with that?

I notice that script have some difficulties when searching sublight.si last few days/week.
Its become an endless waiting for search results. Is it bug or just web site problem?
Another thing; I enter my user and pass of Podnatpisi.net but it seems that script doesn't work properly with that site to. Always get "0" for search result get.

podnapisi works well for me, in your case you are searching for "V" Season 1 episode 8

your file is named "V.2009.S01E08"and the search finds nothing, http://www.podnapisi.net/ppodnapisi/search?tbsl=1&sK=V+(2009)&sJ=38&sY=&sTS=1&sTE=8&sXML=1

http://www.podnapisi.net/ppodnapisi/search?tbsl=1&sK=V&sJ=38&sY=&sTS=1&sTE=8&sXML=1 , however finds something

issue is not with the script, its how podnapisi and tvdb name the shows

it was V (2009) just for example (and sublight.si and openSubtitles.com give me some titles after search for v) but Podnatpisi didnt.
In last 2 years I never get any search result from podnatpisi.net but from sublight.si and openSubtitles.com I get results normally.

- amet - 2010-04-24

are you using library mode? I have absolutely no issues on podnapisi.net.

do a search for movie/tv show that is popular and post the debug log if you dont get any results

- Zrino - 2010-04-24

Yes I use library mode for movies, TVshows and for music.
Here is debug log where i searsh for titles of Batman the dark knight and Avatar movies.
In both cases openSubtitles.org gives me around 100 titles and sublite.si gives me around 50 titles for these movies but podnatpisi.net "0" zero like always Huh
I dont know what is wrong. Pass and user r corect, OpenSubtitles.org search working good, Sublite.si working good but Podnatpisi.net gives me always 0 for result.

Hey Amet,

I was just wondering, when I try to update this script through SVN Repo Installer within xbmc win32, it still shows the 1.50 version. Is there usually a delay with when it updates?

thanks

there shouldn't be any delay. Try downloading it still, it should download the latest 1.52 version

Is it just me that can't find any subtitles if I search on opensubtitles? Saw that the site has been down but it is up now but still unable to find any subtitles when I search.

Hello, Amet, nice script, but can you explain how to make rar files working? I have the last night build xbmc xbmc-r28256 and the last OSD SCRIPT
1.52, but no results in finding subtitles on movies archived. It was a time when rar files has results. Please help!

not using rar movies, so I cant comment on it working or not.
I have fixed this in the SVN version, however you can only use those on the svn trunk of XBMC. I suggest you wait a bit more, as soon as the addon merge is finished the nightles builds will resume and the XBMC Subtitles script(new name for OpenSubtitles_OSD) will work with it.
