Web server, browse music/video by library? - soder - 2009-08-11

Is it possble to browse the library via the Web browser, instead in file mode?

I know that the iPhone can, and I would like to do the same with my web browser.

No you are not making any sense.

If you want to control XBMC via a browser then yes, turn it on in the settings then navigate to it via your ip address.

As for library mode, i.e looking at all the pretty pictures/transitions/textures, then no. Your data is presented as lists. Which lets be reasonable is as much as you can expect from a LAN browser.

That being said there is certainly scope for making it a bit prettier, out of my skills though.
