IS there Any reason why you dont just Join the movies Together something like Allok video joiner does it in about 1 min Ive done all mine.

I prefer to keep them as is, I can do this from the command line in seconds, but often it throws off the audio track and subtitles.
Plus it's less than reasonable for a 1,400 movie collection most of which contain two or more parts.
I should also mention that this isn't a major issue, I was just hoping there was a simple workaround for it.
If it isn't possible to resolve which I doubt is the case I'm more than happy just to ignore it.

solved in Andy's Showmix by configuration option, though i think svn 23045 should have it solved for XBMC.

I'll poke around in the xml files for showmix and see how it's done.

Probably won't be updating svn very soon until it's more stable.
