Ok, its displaying the trailer field, but if I update it or populate the field manually it doesn't save any changes.

tried with Firefox and IE8 and I can't replicate the problem.
Any errors in the browser ? xbmc.log ?

Hallo,
great Tool! Does it work XBMC Xbox? I've tried to use it but see only an empty list. When I click on Movies it kills the whole Web Server: XWMM but also normal Webpage from XBMC are not avalibale till I restart the xbox.

Hi,
It should work on any XBMC platform, but I don't have an xbox to test it.
I can try to help if you could do the following:
- enable debug on your xbox.
- pastebin the xbmc.log after the webserver crashes
- pastebin the result (view source) of http://<xbmc_ip>:<port>/XWMM/movies/MovieQuery.asp

Hi, no still not working for me.. and no errors being reported in browser.
I will try degug in xbmc and check the log.
I can view all info ok, but it doesnt save any changes I make in any field.
Running 9.11 on Windows 7 .. if that helps.

Thanks for this great program!!
I have a few small problems with the fonts here. I have a few chinese tv shows that I would like to edit.
When I use the scraper in xbmc and downloaded the tv show details in chinese. It show up fine in the program.
But when I try to save the chinese words into a field, it turn out garbage.

That's very strange. Could you try with firefox and firebug (add-on), it will let you see the http requests made to the xbmc server.
The http command to do a save is like this :
http://<xbmc_ip>:<port>/xbmcCmds/xbmcHttp?command=execvideodatabase(UPDATE movie SET c19="test" WHERE idMovie=27)
where the new trailer field is "test" for the movie id 27
if you can try this directly into a browser and check the result (of course you need yo know an idMovie value)

- is the garbage generated only when you do a save in tv shows or also in movies ?

Will this work in my situation? I run XBMClive on an ASRock ION 330ht but am trying to use this online media manager through my macbook before I transfer all my media to the 330ht.
I have followed all the steps so far but just get a blank screen with a constant loading bar in Safari and Firefox.
Am I going about this the wrong way?
Is there any specific information I should supply to help with the error?

I was using IE8. I did not try the movies, maybe I will try it tonight.
For the TV shows, it turned out garbage when I tried to save chinese words and I have tried different encoding styles in IE.
The strange thing is those words that was scraped from tvdb automatically, they would stay in chinese.
