Maybe I am missing something here, but is there any possibility to do the following:
Have a list of all movie filenames, the attached scraped titles and IMDB IDs? It seems like the IMDB scraper gets movies very wrong sometimes and I would ideally want to update the IMDB ID by hand then and kick the scraper to update the saved data...

Edit: I am using 2.0.0d on pre Eden, FWIW.

It is work in progress. working on adding the scraper methods in JSON-RPC.

I have succesfully installed 1.9.4 through the XBMC addons interface.

I downloaded the 2.0.0d version (via the command line on my XBMC Live install), unzipped it, and replaced the webinterface.XWMM folder from the 1.9.4 installation with the folder I unzipped from the 2.0.0d archive.

Now when I access the web page, the Javascript doesn't seem to run -- the page loads, I can view source and see the html (and the web page title and favicon.ico are properly displayed), but the rendered page is just a blank white background.

I've checked permisssions, they're the same between the new 2.0.0d webinterface.XWMM folder and the old 1.9.4 webinterface.XWMM.bak folder. Any reason why the new version shouldn't work?

Tried on Firefox 7.0.1 from Windows XP and on Safari from OSX 10.7

what version of XBMC are you running ?

XBMC Live Dharma Stable.

According to System Info: "XBMC 10.1 Git:Unknown (Compiled : Mar 9 2011)"

XWMM 2.0.0d is compatible only with XBMC pre-eden nightly builds. It uses the JSON-RPC API.

For the messages you have with 1.9.4 I'll have a look at them.
Thanks

Is this an Xbox issue (because Xbmc4Xbox isn't compatible?)?

Well, that explains it. Laugh

I saw that 2.0.0d was "(pre-eden compatible)" -- I didn't realize a pre-eden build was required.

Sorry for the confusion. I'll modify the first post accordingly.

Cool, I've been wanting to put my movies in to sets for a while, this helped me get in done in minutes.

One question - I have my movie list sorted by year newest at the top, this means movie sets are bumped to the top of my list as and when they are made. Is it possible to add a year to the set (or use the year from first or last movie in the set)?

Am I missing something or is it not possible to edit cast with the current version?
