- kricker - 2010-04-04 When I had this issue, I deleted the show from SB then deleted the .nfo file and re-added the show. When re-added without a .nfo file it would ask which show it was. - kricker - 2010-04-04 @ Midgetspy, Does your last statement mean that the windows side of SB is over permenantly, unless running from source? Multiple Episodes AutoProcess - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-04 I have all 13 episodes of the show Blue Mountain State in 720p I just downloaded the Web DL version. I verified that all Web DL episodes are bigger than the ones i currently have in Sick Beard. My folder E:\Downloads\Blue.Mountain.State.S01.720p.WEB-DL contains : Code: Blue.Mountain.State.1x01.It's.Called.Hazing.Look.It.Up.720p.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.h.264-IAA.mkv Target folder contains : Code: Blue Mountain State - 1x01 - It's Called Hazing, Look It Up.mkv When running the manual post-process on the folder, the 1st 4 files are moved but not renamed. Sick Beard fails to delete the previous smaller file that is already there so that's why the renaming fails. It also stopped post-processing after 4 files so i think the postprocess thread crashes. EDIT: Processing only 4 episodes might have been my fault... i was doing to file moves and moved some of the Blue Mountain High files. Log : http://pastebin.ca/1856249 Post-Process Log - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-04 I noticed the post-process log is a lot less verbose than before. Is that intended? I kinda liked knowing everything it did by looking at the log in SAB or the output of a manual post-process... 2 More Post-Processing things - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-04 1) The folder containing the episode(s) is no longer deleted at the end. 2) When post-processing a folder containing multiple files, an XBMC update should only be sent once all files have been processed. -Pr. - tbird2340 - 2010-04-04 Question.. I added a new series in SB "Colossal Construction" and I then downloaded an episode "Colossal Construction The Mighty Shovel 720p HDTV x264 MOMENTUM".. It looks like SB just totally deleted it after downloading it: Quote:Colossal Construction The Mighty Shovel 720p HDTV x264 MOMENTUM I guess I understand that SB didn't put it in the correct folder as the file didn't have any season or episode information in the name.. But why did it totally delete it? Thanks Cosmetic change - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-04 The mass update page's title is Post Processing instead of Mass Update - midgetspy - 2010-04-04 circle_ Wrote:Can someone tell me how to update from source? I've tried googling all kinds of 'Git' stuff but I can't figure it out. GitHub allows you to download the source directly from the website, just go to http://github.com/midgetspy/Sick-Beard and click "Download Source". As for specific instructions it depends on your OS, but you need to do a git clone of http://github.com/midgetspy/Sick-Beard.git and then do a git pull any time you want to update it. kricker Wrote:@ Midgetspy, No I just mean that once I get alpha1 to a stable state I am going to just leave the alpha1 download up there and not be putting out windows builds for each revision anymore. If people want to continually stay up to date it makes much more sense for them to run from source IMO. I might put out a few alpha2 milestone builds for windows but just not as frequently as before. About the post-processing stuff, I fixed numerous bugs with the new post process code in recent revisions. tbird2340 your issue is definitely fixed, and Sinister I think at least some of your problems should be fixed as well. I will have to take a closer look at the log you posted to know for sure but definitely try the latest source. I'll post build 439 with the new fixes. EDIT: Pr.Sinister Wrote:The mass update page's title is Post Processing instead of Mass Update Thanks, fixed. - gbdesai - 2010-04-04 circle_ Wrote:Can someone tell me how to update from source? I've tried googling all kinds of 'Git' stuff but I can't figure it out. It depends a bit on the OS you are using. First thing is you have to get a GIT client. A GIT client allows you to do things like a "git pull". If on windows you can grab http://msysgit.googlecode.com/files/Git-1.7.0.2-preview20100309.exe. I am partial to the command-line so I like this version (there are Windows GUI versions, but I am not familiar with their operation). If all goes well with the install you will be able to open up a command-prompt and type "git" and enter and see the git help scroll by. Then all you have to do it navigate to the base directory within which you would like sickbeard installed and then type "git clone git://github.com/midgetspy/Sick-Beard.git sickbeard" and it'll all download and install to a directory under where you are called sickbeard. From then on if you want the latest navigate into the sickbeard directory and type "git pull" and it'll bring you up to date. Hope that helps... G TVShow.nfo Update? - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-04 Does the TVShow.nfo ever get updated? Sometimes, the rating or the channel is not populated when you add the show but it is then updated on TheTVDB aeart a later time... Also, some shows just end or get cancelled. So they should be changed from Continuing to Ended. For example, Nip/Tuck just ended but it is still marked as Continuing in Sick Beard. -Pr. - midgetspy - 2010-04-04 No currently the NFOs never change once they're written but that's something that I plan to look into sometime soon. The status in Sick Beard is downloaded on every update so it probably hasn't changed on TVDB yet would be my guess. - FreddyKrueger - 2010-04-04 Hi midgetspy I had put on a post in nzbmatrix forum, related to he screwed up nzb files using the API : Code: ....If i try to edit the file, inside there is lots of "characters" but nothing and the answer from FLASH was : Code: our API nzbs are compressed using gzip. This is not normally a problem as most Do you think it's a problem related to gzip support from SickBeard ? Can you please check it ? Thanks - Flain - 2010-04-04 FreddyKrueger Wrote:Do you think it's a problem related to gzip support from SickBeard ? I don't think its a sickbeard problem, since sickbeard just passes a url to sabnzbd. If anything it will be a sabnzbd issue. Midgetspy can correct me if i'm wrong. *Edit* hmm maybe sickbeard if you are using it to grab the actual nzb to a dir? - FreddyKrueger - 2010-04-04 Flain Wrote:.......*Edit* hmm maybe sickbeard if you are using it to grab the actual nzb to a dir? I don't use sabnzbd.I'm using the blackhole method... download the nzb file to a folder, and newsleecher grab it. - kricker - 2010-04-04 midgetspy Wrote:No I just mean that once I get alpha1 to a stable state I am going to just leave the alpha1 download up there and not be putting out windows builds for each revision anymore.
