Thanks Sharpe ! Personally I prefer it like this, as it gives the illusion of looking at a new DVD or Blu-Ray each time. To me it doesn't look any jumpier than it would if there were no case at all - after all the image is changing every time.
For my taste this view is pure perfection now - thank you so much for everything.

I have almost 500 movies, but I find that the short list is no problem if you use the page up / down commands in XBMC. That lets you get from top to bottom in seconds

They stopped releasing the official nightly builds a while back when all the work started on the latest version of xbmc. The build you are using has a bug in it that doesn't use the default widescreen folder specified in the skin.XML. It's pulling it's video views from the pal folder instead of the pal16x9 folder. As a fix try copying over the contents of the 16x9 folder into the pal folder.

Sorry if i have missed an option somewhere...but is there currently any way to manually scroll through the (often very long) music artist /album description on the info page? (I know it does it automatically eventually but this is at a much slower pace than reading pace.)

Hi kiboy6 - I didn't add scrollers or page up/down buttons to the info dialogs because I was originally trying to go for a less is more kind of thing using auto scrolling - but yeah I take your point about the delay in scrolling and sped it up a notch.

Thanks for the update - although it's now probably a bit too fast for my reading pace.
I understand the "less is more" thing though - do you reckon it would work if there were an option to disable scrolling and use "page up / down" buttons on keyboard or remote to read more info?
