To answer your other question, it appears this skin is dead in the water. Another coder came out (was originally part of this skin) and announced a very similar skin, called surface, there were a few choice words throwen around and then silence from both skins, i would have thought one would have came out by now but no.
Xbmcg33k said there wasnt long to go, i dont know what happened there and would love to know if its still being worked on??
Even if he has moved on, it would be GREAT if he could release what he has done so that someone else could take it up.
Blackbolt site is up since yesterday i think and there Xperience is announced, so i don´t think that this skin is "dead in the water".

Thats some good news indeed! Didnt realise xbmcg33k had joined team blackbolt and it had turned into one of their projects.. Cant wait.. 3 quality skins are about to hit xbmc (expereince, ellipsis and alaska)

I know there have not been any updates recently, life has happened and I haven't had much of a chance to be involved. The lack of updates have nothing to do with any other "skins" that may look "similar" to Xperience. Mostly it was just a bit of odd timing.

I would just like to reinforce to everyone that xperience is FAR from dead, and as xbmcg33k said life is just currently causing a temporary roadblock.
We appreciate your patience as we sort things through and I assure you things will pick up again soon.
I expect we may give some updates on the project from time to time on the teamblackbolt website, so please check there as well as this thread for updates.

Here is our latest viewtype: InfoGuide
We've all worked to create something that will incorporate all the latest and greatest and make it look like it actually all belongs, ie media flags.
Speaking of which I've created a set of media flags that we are quite proud of and, these include all the newest codecs, logos, etc. Also we've done a few original things, such as our aspect flags are the actual aspect they notate, so a 2.35:1 flag is actually that ratio.
Also our audio channels flags are a first for xbmc, which show a graphical representation of how many channels of audio your media has. Inspired by some dvd cases.
NOTE: We are going to add MPAA ratings and studio flags eventually (which is what the empty space is for obviously)
