Dear Taxigps,Few months ago I was enjoying China local TV stations like Foshan combined and 3 days ago there was a update of Soku apps and my favorite said stations dissappear? Can I get them back and how to go about it without constant updating apps and loose my news and entertainment stations. Thanking you in advance.

My mom is wanting me to buy her a tvpad3. Does she get anything more with that $254 device than with xbmc? We just bought her an ipad and an apple tv so I'm not wanting to waste more money if I don't have to.
Also, looks like there are issues with the Frodo right now which is what I have installed. I assume things might clear up within a month or so - do you guys think that's right? That's about how long I can have her waiting for a working system.
Sorry if questions seem silly, I can't read Chinese and don't know anything about Chinese movies or tv. Just trying to make my mom happy without spending any more money. Thanks a lot.

1. There are so many video apps for ipad support watch chinese movies and tv shows here in china. I don't know if these apps can work well outside china.
2. We work in spare time on xbmc-addons-chinese project, can't promise update plugins in time.
3. May be tvpad3 have team to maintain their apps all the time?

Hi...I cannot read chinese...apologies for that, but youku has a number of videos that are of my interest. I can easily find those videos on the website by typing the search keyword on the website. e.g. "http://www.soku.com/search_video/q_looney?f=1&kb=0212000000000_cartoon_looney"
Could any of you guys explain to me how the same could be done using the youku addon?
