i've had g210 and currently have a gt240. both great cards. the g210 does have limited power.

definitely compatible with LPCM/reclock/wasapi

wasapi only works with 16bit output at the moment (driver is the cause).

and, it works great with the dxva implementation in xbmc.

I just wanted to thank you guys. I grabbed the last nightly build, and bam, my zotac ionitx is down to under 15% CPU usage, and everything is beautiful. had been using MPC but this is just awesome.

had to delay the purchase a bit, i will probably do it tomorrow

all these ATI issues are just to much, will be get a GT220 with HDMI tomorrow.

eviltuna Wrote:So this is an ATI problem only? Cause I've got a motherboard with a HD3200 built in and build 29203 runs great, except for the stupid problem where u get the blackscreen after every MKV.

yap, all ATI issues

green screen
BSOD
freezing at end of playback

etc..

Edit

any update on the issue with blu ray files and the partial screen with corruption issue?

Is there any eta on at least an updated nightly (since March 2 was the last) or even the next stable release?

I realize i could potentially compile myself but i have absolutely no clue on how that would be done, what that would require or even what that really means Rofl

Thanks In advance
Jeff

Thanks! Any idea on one which is most stable but fixes the raw blu ray issue?

- SlaveUnit - 2010-04-16

They are all about the same...a mess. But your bluray issue is fixed...unless you have an ATI card MUAHAHAHHAHAH.

if you're looking for stability stay away from the trunk until the addon merger is complete. sanctioned nightly builds will start back up again after that.

I've got NVidia.... and i tried a couple of those from various dates and my issue didnt seem to be fixed... Any specific one you would reccomend?

Also any timing info?

Any from the past week should be fine for the bluray issues. Got a sample of the files you are trying to play? Also what nvidia card are you running?
