[Linux] Sound on two outputs in Ubunutu on Asrock Ion 330HT - tomdeblende - 2010-02-05 I have installed Ubuntu 9.10 desktop edition with the latest XBMC from the repo. The hardware is an Asrock Ion 330HT. Everything seems to be working fine, but I have one thing I'd like to have enabled: sound on both HDMI and the analog jack. If I enable HDMI sound in Ubuntu, I can get XBMC to use it on my TV. If I enable analog audio, XBMC sends it to my receiver. Perfect. But I don't want to switch between the two. I want HDMI for when XBMC plays movies, and analog when I'm playing mp3's. Is this possible? And if so: how? |
