how do you install this skin ? i can not find it i downloaded the addon on the first post but i can not find how to install it as there is no addon menu

You must be using one of the latest nightly builds from the SVN to use the addon version - otherwise you download and install the skin as normal.

just have to say this is one of the best skins i have ever seen and i have used alot os skins on windows 7 media centre and media portal.
i am new to xbmc and i have to say its so clean and cut there are a couple of things i would like but i have seen in other threads that make it teh way i want like here

its a fantastic skin.
only problem i have is the tv shows tha main page is ok i can change the thumbs bu when you go into a show say 24 and you see all the series you can not change the thumbs to what i want you can select them but it just does not change them at all and i dont like the defaults at all.
is this a bug as i just can not change them

Can we use the themes from Alaska (and BIG Alaska) safely with your skin?
Also, can you make a larger list view - e.g. make the fonts a bit larger and the list longer?
When you sit 10' from the screen, even a big screen, it is difficult to see with the highly contrasting bg/text colors and also, with large libraries it takes forever to navigate.

Hi hitcher bloody great skin.
tried changing the thumb to local but it will not change it this also happens on other skins. you can change the first screen tv show thumbs but then select a show that shows you all the series and it lets you chnage it but will not display it just the downloaded version and i dont like them as i have designed my own.
2nd thing is, is there a way to get rid of show all series when you pick one eg i have 7 seasons of 1 show but it has a thumb for show all seasons i would like to remove it.
3rd same goes for the back folder icon is there a way to get rid of that as it looks out of place

Are you definitely using the Context Menu (press 'c') and selecting 'Set Season Thumb'? Trying to change it using the Information screen (press 'i') wont work because that's calling the TV Show info not season.
As for hiding the 'All Seasons' thumb you need this in your advancedsettings.xml -

thanks for that i will try when i get home, yes i was hitting the i button and selecting change thumb in there it lest you pick it but does not change it.
you can in the tv folder but not when you select a sereis folder i will try the option c in the tv sereis folder to change it

Thanks for the update to the first post for sub menu items, going to add the trailers plugin. I also have the problem with the runtime which I'll sort with EMM as suggested and also apreciate how to disable the parent folder icon.

Apparently it was a problem at my own side. Just reinstalled ubuntu and now this skin is running as smooth as butter.

thanks for that worked great just one problem when i remove the (show parent folder) how do i go back a level on a mouse or keyboard :confused2: lol
