Any thoughts on the skin info view

- Hitcher - 2010-09-12

It's all good now isn't it?

I dont know if this is a bug in Alaska Revisited or XBMC itself but when you first look at info on some movie and then press one of the actors you get a list with all the movies they act in. If you then go to one of this movies the background dont change. All the new movie information appears but the background is from the movie before.

Is anyone ells having this problem.

- Hitcher - 2010-09-12

That's simply because it's showing the fanart for the movie you have selected in the Movie view. If you look at Confluence you can see the original movie's fanart in the background.

I could recode the whole way the info is shown to change this but it comes at the price of losing the smooth transition it now has.

Well I have altered it slightly since then but I also want it to work for other languages without too many scrolling labels.

ok no probs

The space on the above pics you just posted now looks alot better than before, The other way you did it looked wroung as it looked to much to the left and bunched up, looks alot better now.

like how you have done the new star rating to was not to keen on the number rating but since you put a star behind the numbers it lookes alot better thna not having it like that alot.

You might need to 'Force Refresh' as XBMC only checks every 6 hours.

Like the new wider layout of the movie information, but the swedish word for update (uppdatera) is still too long and scrolls and its not a pleasant sight Smile

Would really appreciate it if you could tell me which file/value I need to change to make it 10px wider...

- Hitcher - 2010-09-12

Trouble is if you widen the labels then the ones on the end will get cut-off.

Is it possible to change the width of just the update-label or do you have a fixed width for the whole group?
