Cannot enable HTTP server in Fedora 13 (no options present) - AndyE - 2010-04-28 Hi, I cannot seem to enable the HTTP server to for the Web Gui and HTTP-API on my box. I am running Fedora 13 Beta, with an xbmc based on the 9.11 (r26017) release. When I go to Settings->Network->Services there is no option for setting HTTP access. I also installed the Fedora 12 version (same revision) and the problem is the same Is there a special config file flag I need to toggle or something? Thanks - theuni - 2010-04-28 Please check with the Fedora folks. I believe they may have ripped out the webserver due to gpl issues. TheUni - AndyE - 2010-04-30 Thanks, It is indeed disabled from Fedora. Which is strange since it is actually in the RPMFusion repo. - topfs2 - 2010-04-30 The next version should be free of GPL issues so next one should have it enabled hopefully |
