All is good and well with your connection then. If you've gotten a 404 then it would have been a different story. It could be some geo checking mismatch in the authentication code on my end. I'll have to think...

I just cant add any song to playlist althrough I have Grooveshake user account and I enter user/pass in addon.
I tried with auto default player, pap player, dvdplayer, mplayer .... every player in core player settings menu.
Nothing helps.

If you read a few posts back you'll see that other people are having the same problem. I'm currently working on a solution.

I have already posted on aeon65 thread but posting here just in case
When i go to music sub-menu, add-ons the list is empty. If I go to music and then add-ons, grooveshark appears.

Playlist issue/debugging - solver - 2011-03-09
@jolid and Calmboy,
I had a quick search on that thing called the Internet and I was hoping you guys would try something for me to see if it solves your problems with playlists/logging in.
In <xbmc dir>/addons/script.audio.grooveshark/resources/lib/GrooveAPI.py try commenting/deleting "socket.setdefaulttimeout(timeout)" on line 73. Hopefully it'll solve your problem. Please report back with success/failure.

Yep, that solved the problem for me (Windows 7, Dharma 10.0), thanks.
For anyone having trouble finding the location of the addon in windows 7, it is under:
c:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\script.audio.grooveshark

I've asked for a pull from my repo. The new version should fix the bug that has been preventing windows users in logging in. It should show up in an addon manager near you in a few hours.

Can´t play some songs - Calmboy - 2011-03-31
Yesterday something happened, some of the songs i used to play did not play anymore. I tried different players with the same result, for example "Dead ringer" by Meat Loaf in "Bat out of hell". I only get the message opening stream and nothing more happends. I am able to play the same song in Internet explorer. I am using Windows 7.
