if you're talking about clearart doesn't appear on skin, it's not the script matter.
in all case, a debug log would be helpfull.

Is this script still working ?
I couldn't find it in any of the repo's so manually downloaded it from xbmc passion and when I run it (through alaska revisited skin) it finds all the shows but then doesn't download anything (the summary at the end says it found 78 shows but downloaded nothing)

yes it's still working, automatically downloaded with compatible skins, you won't see it in repo.
post a debug log if you want to be helped

Quick question, will this addon be using fanart.tv as a source of logos, clearart, and landscape image?

Probably just easier to use Night or Alaska to download the logos

Ok, now I found out how to download the logos manually and place them in the TV show folder named logo.png
Now, XBMC reads this file fine and puts it in the library and in the skin. However, I can't change the logo by putting a new logo.png in the folder, what exactly happens with the file, does XBMC read it and put it somewhere locally?
How do you change a TV show logo when you already have one in XBMC? Thanks...

yes, it's caching it.
using a skin that support my script and use the logo button will also replace the cached copy.
another way is to delete cached thumb and texture.db in userdata
