I have setup CP to download using sabnzbd, and have the options set that CP moves and renames the download, but on the wanted page the movies are still listed at snatched and not downloaded, any ideas??

if the api key was wrong then the nzb would not get passed from CP to sab would it?? also if the path was wrong then it would not copy from the sab download dir and move it to the correct loaction and rename it would it??

Dude,

You have to click the green 'V' next to the movie....

Vascular Wrote:Dude,

Rofl Thanks, thought it was meant to do that its self, Smile

- Vascular - 2010-11-06

It's purpose is so that you know what has been downloaded. Check the downloaded files and if everything is ok, you click the green 'V'.

When something is wrong with the downloaded movie you click the red 'X' and it will redownload.

- RuudBurger - 2010-11-07

No, it should be marked as downloaded.
Will check out why this isn't happening.

- cosmicr - 2010-11-07

wtf? It was searching for 'the sorcerers apprentice' but downloaded 'men in black'Huh

It's a wrong imdbid on nzbmatrix side.

- Vascular - 2010-11-07

Ruud,

If CP has found a movie and it downloaded correctly it should put the movie in the category downloaded? That has never worked for me.
Everything works, from downloading to renaming and finding subs but it always stays in snatched until i click the green 'v'.

- RuudBurger - 2010-11-07

Yeah it should, but it's broken right now..
It's on my todo list, but working on something else at the moment Big Grin

- campbellm - 2010-11-07

I'm probably doing it wrong, but say I "want" a movie and give it a 720P quality setting. I see in the logs that after it goes through all the choices and can't find any, it waits. Would it be possible to have couchpotato start looking for BETTER quality settings, like 1080p? I see it skip over 1080p versions, even when it has found nothing else. I'm thinking something like a "min" and "max" setting, and have CP get any of them it finds in that range. Setting min==max would indicate I want ONLY that quality.

Or have I just committed some user-error?

Thanks

yeah this was the most confusing part about CP for me actually. Its really the wording - you assume that 'custom quality' is for something not listed in the default list, but in fact its more like setting a quality preference list.

if you select one of the default qualities, it will only get that quality.

So you have to make a custom quality (I think these should be called quality profiles to clear up some confusion). In custom qualities you can set it to get many different qualities, and either keep looking if its a low quality, or stop after its found a high quality.

In fact, I reckon it should be compulsory to setup a 'custom quality' at first time setup, to help avoid confusion.

Thanks Ruud and cosmicr - I'll give that a whirl. I saw the "custome quality" thing but was having an old-guy moment trying to figure it out.
