All,
have xbmc on w7 with HD4670, I can hear sound but my picture is only color full images...the ATI drivers I am using are the latest 10.6
What ells I need to do

I have had mixed results with Windows 7 and my ATI 3450 HD. For whatever reason, it seems every other SVN update messes with DXVA. It'll work with one then not with the next then start working again. The latest SVN I've updated to (31676) doesn't work with DXVA. I'm hoping the next update will work again.

You could try downloading and running the latest DirectX installer from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=3b170b25-abab-4bc3-ae91-50ceb6d8fa8d

I had a similar issue. I was able to fix it by enabling "Use full screen window instead of true full screen" in the System Options I think... might have been Video options...

Fixed problem by installing DX 9.0
Everything is working now.
