Low framerate 720p - dakpunne - 2010-08-01 Hello, I have the Asrock ION 330, and when i play movies (.mkv) (2gb), with 720p resolution I have a very bad framerate, I think between 10 and 20 fps, is dit because my system cant handle it or do I have to do something with my windows/xmbc settings? Thanks! - jhsrennie - 2010-08-01 If you're using v9.11 of XBMC then the low frame rate is becaise v9.11 doesn't support hardware acceleration on Windows. Upgrade to the latest Dharma beta from http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/win32/ and in Settings, Video, Playback enable "Allow hardware acceleration". You should find that even 1080p videos will play fine. JR |
