how to prevent frequency switching in menu? - Jackie78 - 2010-08-16 Hi, I am using the "auto frequency" switching feature of XBMC in order to play all my videos, which are a mix of 24Hz, 50Hz and 60Hz, at the correct framerate. This works fine, but my TV takes some seconds in order to switch the frequency. My problem is: when I play a movie with 24Hz or 50Hz, and switch back to the menu, XBMC changes to 60Hz all the time. I don't want that, instead, I only want frequency switching to occur when I play a movie that requires a switch, but leave it at that. Going to the menu should not cause a frequency switch. Is it possible to setup XBMC accordingly? RE: how to prevent frequency switching in menu? - macardi - 2012-08-14 I have the same problem when opening the tv-guide when watching live tv. Is there a solution for this? /Marcus RE: how to prevent frequency switching in menu? - live4ever - 2012-08-14 Not sure if it is in the nightlies yet - but should be coming: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=137419 RE: how to prevent frequency switching in menu? - macardi - 2012-08-14 Great, just what I'm looking for, thanks for enlighten me! |
