Splash screen - SppstryPlcbo - 2010-09-20
I've been trying to compare various media center programs for an htpc build and I like xbmc. I noticed that boxee is based on xbmc and their splash screen has a small xbmc logo in the corner. This piqued my interest. Can anyone give me instructions to change the splash screen for xbmc(dahrma beta2)?

If I remember right, it's not something simple. You actually need to modify some of the source files and then compile XBMC yourself.

Cool, it's actually something easy now. I remember hunting through threads a while back and the method of doing it was terrible.

You're awesome. I can't believe I hadn't seen it already. Now what file to I have to edit to make it fill the screen instead of that weak a$$ 721x401 crap?
