Is there an InfoLabel for the Gamesystem that the current game has?

I know these give information in a skin:

ListItem.Genre
ListItem.Premiered
ListItem.Title
ListItem.Studio

Are there any more?

Here is the actual list :
  • ListItem.Title = Item title
  • ListItem.Label = Item title
  • ListItem.Plot = Item description/plot
  • ListItem.Genre = Item genre
  • ListItem.Premiered = Item release date
  • ListItem.Date = Item release date
  • ListItem.Writer = Item platform (game system)
  • ListItem.Trailer = Item extra fanart path
... and of course thumb (thumbnailImage) and fanart (fanart_image).

i just installed this mod but i'm a newbie with XBMC

basically i just want to add my games (starcraft2, left4dead2, dead island) and get a view like this:

i added starcraft2 in my "programs" menu, i can launch it but the interface doesnt looks like the screenshot Sad

To have the same view you need to use Cirrus Extended v2 skin. Then for covers, fanarts and games info you need to get them from scrapers included into Advanced Launcher. Finally, you will found useful information link into my signature.

What about a scraper for gamefaq which will download a walkthrough for the game which would be available from the launcher?

I got it to work on my other computer but now when i try again on my new computer and mon my other computer it wont work anymore. so i was wondering if someone could post a folder for me to download. thanksBig Grin

Download it, extract it, rename folder and edit files, then copy into XBMC addon folder.

did that 1000 times now. got it to work once, then when i tried to make a third it wouldn't go through and now dosent recognize the second one. I even just downloaded AL again from the link you just posted and replace the lines, but still nothing.

You must have done something wrong. Are you sure you have renamed each Advanced Launcher addon directories with different names (plugin.program.advanced.launcher, plugin.program.advanced.launcher.2, plugin.program.advanced.launcher3, plugin.program.advanced.launcherXX, etc...)? And do you not have forgotten to report these different directory names into each related addon.xml and launcher_plugin.py as reported into the description : http://www.gwenael.org/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=332#p332 ?Eek

I personnaly tried to add another AL yesterday but gave up. I followed the instructions to the letter but XBMC just doesnt want to recognise any new instances of AL. they just dont appear. I even tried zipping the folder up and installing from ZIP but xbmc fails to install it without any error message.

im using XBMC Dharma 10.1 and the latest version of AL.

I'd have to aggree, you guys must be missing a step somewhere. I'm on the same version as you and it works fine for me. Just make sure you are editing both the .py file and the .xml file.

It's really important to be sure that each different versions of advanced launcher have different directory name and different addon name.
