@Rastan:

Will be fixed tomorrow (on passion repo, in a few moments on git). You can fix it temporarily by extracting this to the add-ons folder and rename the folder script.extrafanartdownloader.

Thanks Big Noid, that fixed it perfectly! Big Grin

Most Excellent skin, Just One request, probably has been requested before as well . Live TV integration. I have recently updated to pre-eden margo PVR build and would be extremely happy to have live tv using Nox... will get me great WAF points too!
Thanks

I noticed i don't have submenu's anymore after upgrading to pre-EDEN. (upgraded with NOX activated in Dharma)

They were there under Dharma but they seem to be gone in pre-EDEN. Is there a way to get them back?

Install the skin from github or passion repo. If you use passion repo, please read three posts up for a fix for the dependencies not met error introduced today. The Dharma version of the skin is not compatible with Eden.

@shaktoo: there is a already an issue opened for this on github:
https://github.com/BigNoid/Aeon-Nox/issues/7

Ok thanks.

Doesn't a re-install from the official XBMC repo do the trick as well ?

No I haven't submitted the skin to the eden-pre repo yet.

As I can put all the "addon-video" in one button in home menu, I can not add all the "addons-video" in favorite as in "dharma"Huh?
Thanks Big Noid

Ok, thanks.

I need to wait till tomorrow then as i can't add files to the addons folder in OpenElec (read-only)

Machine-Sanctum Wrote:Assuming you're running windows the files are located in:
(other OS have different locations http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Frequently_Asked_Questions and search for user specific data)

c:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\skin.aeon.nox\language\English\strings.xml
(folder may be hidden)
This is language file used for Aeon Nox.
Create new folder called Italian aside the English folder and copy the strings.xml file there. Open the file with some simple text editor (like windows scratch-pad ) and start translating. One thing you have watch out for is that you's don't use large sentences. Because if they're too long they will mess up the layout off the skin. You can test you're progress bij just starting XBMC and navigate through it.

The location of the XBMC language file is (in windows):
C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\language\Italian\strings.xml

You might want to compare this file with the english file.
English is the main language and so it's updated regularly. So the Italian file must have the same "id strings"as that.

Hopefully this helps. Just lett us know that you're done (or have some questions)

I want to manually add the italian xml file but i'm using Openelec and i can't find the path on my htpc. In the "userdata" folder i have "addon_data" but, inside this folder, i cannot find any skin folder.

Can you help me?

BTW, this Skin is awesome. I was using AEON MQ2 but this one is better because of the possibiliy to rescrape movie manually, add incon & fanart and because i like the media info icons showing the source (DVD/BD) in the case and the codec below (mkv, divx, xvid) Wink

Thanks in advance.

Yeah I noticed that too. Is an XBMC bug, I have no control in what to show in the context menu.

I think you can install from zip file. Just be sure to rename the folder inside the zip file first, otherwise you get a folder with the git revision number instead of script.extrafanartdownloader

I'm sorry about this error Blush

It should be in the repo today (i hope). Took a little longer than expected and didn't realise it would break the skin.

Ah well, I should have better looked at the pull request Wink

- Martijn - 2011-10-10

That's why it's pre-Eden.
It meant to break sometimes. Can't have a bug free skin now do you Rolleyes

- Raytestrak - 2011-10-10

@Big_Noid. Is there an easy way you can make the svn update only remove files and folders placed in the skin folder by the skin package? I have junctions in there to avoid them from being cached. When I delete them in windows, only the link is removed but the skin update also removes the content of the folders to which the junctions leads.
