Random movie/tv fanart on Aeon homescreen... - Schlidel - 2011-02-06
Is it possible to show random movie/tv fanart when the movie or tv button is in focus on the homescreen?
I also have a custom button on the homescreen that launches BeyondTV; is it possible for this button to have random tv fanart also?

Edit: Randomly chosen fanart from my own auto-scraped collection, of course, and not totally random. My dream is to be able to turn my TV on and see a brand new movie's fanart instantly indicating to me I have a new movie to watch.

Yes, it is possible (in Aeon65 at least) - once something is added to the main menu then you go to the home screen settings for that menu item and press [down arrow] and select a folder of backdrops instead of a single backdrop.
