Hello,
I know it does not 100% belongs to tvheadend, but I belive You can help me.
My problem is, that sometimes the tuners are loaded in different order. It means, /dev/dvb/adapter0 is sometimes the first tuner, sometimes the second.
To be concrete, it is TeVii s480 card.

Do You have some good trick to avoid such udev mistake please?

If i remember the latest kernel changes correct, you only have to wait a few months till the latest stable kernel becomes standard in linux distributions.

In these versions the kernel uses unique hardware ids to mark devices...

Sorry I don't have an answer for you, but I am writing because I am thinking of buying this card as well.

How is your experience? Any trouble except the persistent naming problem?
Does tvheadend handle both tuners well?
