Is it just me, or is the play back not great?

There appears to be some "ghosting" effect, but it could well be the camera used as well. But that is not the purpose of the video. Look at the numbers, they are low. It is more of a teaser / proof of concept (and to put me in disrepect Wink

)

Again, this thread has nothing to do with Android, and as libflashplayer as nothing to do with XBMC neither does it have anything to do with Flash.

If if want to discuss other media player software than XBMC running on Allwinner A10 devices why not do so in a other forum than xbmc.org? Undecided

what about the youtube app in xbmc? Does this need the libflashplayer.so?

No, because YouTube has provided non-flash streams for some time now. Even then, often video in a flash container can be ripped out and played without any flash support (which is how the Hulu add-on works, IIRC).

Have you received the device ? I'm interested in this device too and I'm asking myself if xbmc works on it or at least if the embedded android can be rooted (to mount nfs share on it).
