Download *Kodi* & receive a letter?? Sounds like that reporter doesn't have his facts straight. Kodi is completely legal.

And title corrected. That was actually really easy. I don't think it's been that easy in the past.

They were doing so well until they mentioned SuperRepo... No

Maybe you need to have a word with them too Nate?

Even other 3rd party repos and addons (that are not allowed here) don't approve of SuperRepo because it messes up their stuff by pushing old/incorrect versions to users.

Although this article has nothing to do with KODI, it is unusual to see a "competitor" in the news for Piracy issues

Quote:If you're using Kodi on a touchscreen device, the Estouchy skin is purpose-built for prodding, while the Chorus2 UI is best suited to keyboard and mouse input.
Someone tell Gerald that Chorus 2 is wed ui, not skin.

It highlights the recent Exodus fun as well:

Quote:Buyers of dodgy XBMC sticks would fork out for a pirate subscription and find that the plugins didn’t work and the vendor had skipped town. Recently, one plugin author inserted malicious code intended to annoy a rival developer, turning Kodi users of the plugin into a “DDOS Botnet” – their sticks made repeated requests to two target websites. The developer has since retired.
