Those comments are actual cancer.

I take back what I said earlier. All I had to do to make these comments basically fine was block a single person who was dominating the conversation with his idiocy. After that, everything was basically fine. Future self-note: If someone asks someone else a personal question, don't answer for that other person, as you will look like an ass.

yep - the talk in the uk is getting quite loud. whether it amounts to anything in the end, we shall see.
lots of this type of article floating around uk sites today, interesting over time they have got a lot more accurate about the distinction between kodi and addons but the headlines still take a lot to be desired

Very first line, and this article has it wrong...

Kodi is a free service that streams apps and on-demand services onto your TV

If the Daily Mail said the sky was blue I'd look out the window to check.

People, pleaaase. Don't post about articles from random second-hand sites or facebook (!)
Keep it to at least half-serious, recognized, newspapers/sites.

Sadly, LadBible is a very popular website with a lot of followers. (who are now fuelling the flames of Kodi being illegal).

On closer inspection though. Most of that post is a ripoff of the previously posted Daily Mail article.

That LabBible article is pure horse-shit.

Journalist? What?

Fortunately, comments are almost all aimed at setting the record straight.
