Very new to XBMC, So sorry for basic question. I have installed Addon V1.1.13, My problem is when I select a sky channel from skygo launcher I then get a pop up "open with" window asking my what program I want to use to open file.

What am I doing wrong?

No problem. Can you check a coupke of things for me.
In your c:\skygo you should have a skygolauncher.bat file please confirm its been created.
Is the popup a windows file or xbmc popup?

The skygolauncher.bat file was created and the popup is a windows file.

When I run the bat file I get the same windows popup window asking what program do I want to open this file with.

What run you run the file you need to navigate to c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe and select this program as the program the open the file with.

No. just Open, No Open with,

When I do this it brings me back to a window with prompt c:\skygo>

(It also does not let me click always use this file box)

I've been having problems with the new version too.

About 50% of the times I try to launch a channel I get the following message:

Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error. Please click play to resume watching. [ t:3142 / c:4110 square bracket] - OK

Also, if I select the Sky Sports News channel, I get Sky News!

That error is a sky end error nothing to do with us. They usually resolve themselves after not too long. Ill check the channel lists and push an update.

Here is a troubleshooting guide from sky that might help if the problem persists

Could you try running the bat from the cmd window

Open run - type cmd

then once open C:\skygo\skygolauncher.bat

and let me know what happens
