I have tested the current build 7/14 on 2 of my OUYA's and everything seems to be playing back fine. I use an MySQL database with over a 1000 movies. So far everything I have played from 1080P and down has worked without an issues. If I run in to an issues I will update the post.

First post of this thread links to a site with files to test. I used those as they are known.

Hi,
I tested this on my Lenovo A820. But unfortunatelly, doesn't work. No picture when hw acceleration enabled. Is there any logs on android that I can post here? I downloaded latest xbmc for android from main xbmc.org site.
/edit
Sorry I didn't read first post from this thread and it seems it's explained there how to obtain logs and also you posted latest builds there so I'm not sure if I use latest build.

On my OUYA the latest build is the best so far for playing HD x264 material, both in 1080 and 720. There's very little stuttering regardless if it's from the internal storage or via SMB through ethernet. So it seems that there's no network issues now. Although something in XBMC still makes the fan going all the time. While playing X264 HD video in MX player (also via smb ethernet through ES file explorer) the Ouya is dead silent all the time which means that it's only the GPU working while XBMC uses too much CPU causing the fan to start going. I'm sorry for comparing with MX, I get the feeling that people get angry when comparing XBMC to other software that works better, but I feel this is relevant as proof that 100% working hardware acceleration is possible in android if the gpu is good enough.
