It would be nice to have this as a core feature, but in theory it should be possible with a context menu add-on.

here a +1 form me: this very problem has let to here. i wanted to make a classical favorites list. but the names are so similar, i have actually to listen the fist few seconds to know if it is this song, which effects the playlist. now i have to listen to them, write them down, than add to playlist and then save. in context menu it would be so much easier for me. well. it's acutally not a very long list of music i have, so i can handle it. but still. would be nice to have in the future.
