Much nicer, but that seems like an "expensive" logo to reproduce.
Also, it's still really hard to read KODI. Someone unfamiliar with the project is going to be scratching their head figuring it out.
Look at Plex's logo for comparison:
The word plex is obvious, it unambiguously associates itself with "cineplex," it's stylish enough not to be boring and it's easy to reproduce in various forms (e.g. software buttons, T-Shirts).

The only thing left I'm not 100% sure about is whether you've faded & blurred the top & bottom arrows too much, personally I'd like them left slight more defined.
