I like this, but I would put the darker part of the O at 3 o'clock, and I would make it an uppercase i.

In general, I think if we go all caps on a logo then even the "i" should be in caps. While we're honestly not worried about the KODi stores in Germany, it might still be wise to avoid their same capitalization. More than that, I think the uppercase "i" also helps avoid the "kiddie" feel a little more.
