A/v sync issue can be fixed by setting the audio delay under xbmc settings globally ( workaround )
3D / 2D iso buffering cannot ,

No it can't because delay is not the same for every movie so you have to adjust it every time.

Still , is something you can adjust , not the case with buffering bug

The delay is not effecting every
user, and even for the ones it does effect, there may be differences.

I'm seeing the synch issues here and there, and I can't replicate with the same titles at the same spots. For me at least, not a big issue. The buffering issue is the major one.

I think you should do "does not support HD audio and/or 3D", and not just AVR's, but also displays (when connected w/o AVR in between).
