This is a great idea but the colors are too shiny and the reflect effect should'nt be there ^^'
As it's a theme about Material design, I think follow the guide for Android devellopers can be good (just for the design part, not for the Java)

I´m looking for an Android TV or WebOS Skin. Good luck with this works, looks fine! Just keep in mind that making this skin will need constant updates or modifications because of Google changes over time. Looks at really early stage but I hope there will be an Android TV Skin
