ohh - i amseeing, that Master and Settings on me are both dyed, if i wont to click ;-)

Thanks I see it now. I had it set in advanced rather than expert. My fault. It is still set in off. So I guess that is not my issue anyway.
One quick question. Should gapless play for music files like mp3, dsd,... work?
Not sure about DSD but mp3 gapless is working.

Hi, how about gapless for flac and wav files? Can you confirm that works? thank you...
g.
Gapless FLAC is working, sort of - the transition between tracks is rather stuttery (tested with latest #0219 build). Don't have any gapless WAV to test.

Yes. Upgrade your database server to make it go away.

Unfortunately I can't as it's an embedded MySQL database in an old NAS. Thanks though.

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=C1...file%2cmkv

After resuming, the video plays at 1 or 2 FPS.

This problem does not arise on my other 3D MVC files.

When I look at tha logs, I see this :
4092. 02:18:07 183024.328125 T:1874846624 DEBUG: ActiveAE::SyncStream - average error of 217932.873781, start adjusting

Very weird as it corresponds to almost the whole duration of the video !!
(I suppose average error is a duration is ms)

Booting and rebooting is taking allot longer time with the latest builds, is this an known issue?

Edit: it seems that mine system.d NFS mount is (again) causing for trouble, when I disable the mount booting is fast again. Also when enabled it doesnt seem to mount the NFS share correctly.

Edit 2: There was an config error, I was mounting the NFS share with an wrong IP address, I have fixed it and mounting is now working correctly again and booting & rebooting is fast. So there was noting wrong with the latest builds!
Huge thank you to popcornmix for "firmware: spdif: Flag compressed samples when sending passthrough over PCM". I can cornfirm that I now get working Dolby Digital and transcoding of DTS without using OMXPlayer (that didn't support transcoding to AC3), previously it would only play as PCM white noise. My configuration is RPi2 -> HDMI -> Sony TV -> Optical SPDIF -> Sony Receiver, with a clean install of OpenELEC 6.0.1 upgraded to Millhouse #0219.

Update: This fix should resolve #15825 (Raspberry DVDPlayer AC3 Passthrough)

Good to hear. Any other user who had working passthrough with omxplayer enabled, but no pssthrough with omxplayer disabled, then please test the latest build.
I can test the same scenario (PI : HDMI -> TV : SPDIF -> AVR) as amediauser and see how that works out on my end. Never tried to do this though.
Hi popcornmix,
i'm sorry, but on my RPi2 i have not any passtrough with this new build #0219 - whatever i dis - or enable.
Wont to play a DVD with dts and dd - nothing.
Switch back to my favorite build: OpenELEC-RPi2.arm-6.0-Milhouse-20151001210244-#1001-gcd25a32 and all thinks are perfect for me (only?).
