Nope, you've enabled all scrapers for images:

What's your setting for episode poster size (Settings => TV Shows => Scraper-Images => Episode (tab))?

Nope, looking good. Is there an image result if you rescrape a single episode?
Yes, but it doesn't give me the image that's showing on TVDB. It seems it's picking random images.

Ok, wtf.....no matter what episode or show I'm not scraping any information. Movies work just fine....weird. It's clearly gotta be on my end, like the thumbs lol.

Sorry for the delay.

I noticed that it only seems to occur when it is a new season. It doesn't seem to happen with seasons that I had scraped previously.

The file was too large for pastebin so I put it in my dropbox

I just added a new show, and now get an error scanning 'Input String was not in a correct format' right before the app shuts itself down.

This is all I find in the log directory:

We always need a full log to find such issues.

Okay, here's the full log on pastebin. Thanks!

Hi,
New alpha doesn't fix this previous issue.

Note that the directory in question has the following structure:
X:\usenet\tv\cowboy bebop\Cowboy Bebop - Session 01 - Asteroid Blues (720p) (ACFADD3A).mkv

Damn, I forgot.
I thinks it's an issue with votes or rating value for this tv show. Please check both values. Votes should be integers only (no spaces or other characters), rating should be a double value, that means 5.8 and not 5,8.

Edit:
Do you have allready have an NFO for the file? If yes, please upload the tvshow.nfo and the episode NFO.

PS: Session 01 is not a correct tag to mark the file as episode 1. You have to use the official Kodi naming: Link
(2016-07-09, 16:46)JanM201 Wrote: Yes, but it doesn't give me the image that's showing on TVDB. It seems it's picking random images.

All images are grouped by language and sorted by resolution. Fanarts and episode poster don't have a language, so they are only sorted by resolution.
If you set the preferred size to Any, Ember allways use the image with the highest resolution in our language.

But you only have enabled TVDB and Fanart.tv. Only TVDB has episode posters, so they only can be from TVDB (and TVDB has only 1 episode poster per episode). If you think that's wrong, please tell me which episode do you have scraped and make a screenshot of the "wrong" image.
Hi Dan,

I've tried with 2 other shows & it works fine. Added episodes to a season & it fetched the correct posters.

Maybe it was that particular show that had a problem. I just re-scraped the whole show & it was fine.

ThanksLaugh
