v17 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0)
(2016-06-12, 04:05)ragedogg69 Wrote: Anyone get the WWE Network Add On to work with these 17.0 builds? It works fine on all of my other 16.1 boxes.

There have been a lot of changes between 16.1 and 17.0 - the add-on may not be Kodi 17 (Krypton) compatible, in which case you should contact the add-on maintainer.

If the add-on is supposed to be Kodi 17 compatible then you'll need to post more details such as a description of the problem, and of course a debug log.

Just update to #0610 as you would normally.

Since I am new to the RPi scene, I am unaware if this is a known issue - When I play H265 encoded files, the video stutters constantly. Is this a known issues? Is there a workaround? I am on Milhouse 0611 build.

What is your hardware - RPi, RPi2 or RPi3? What are the media info details of the H265 video - bit rate, resolution (720, 1080 etc.)?

H265 video won't work at all on RPi1/RPi0.

Most 720p H265 video should play OK on RPi2 and RPi3. 1080p H265 up to about 3Mbit/s should be OK on RPi3, but may require overclocking on RPi2.

It's an RPi3 and the video resolution is 1080P with a bitrate of ~3Mbit/s (both video & audio included). Would I need to overclock my RPi3 to prevent the stutter? It plays fine on my 2011 mac mini.
Overclock the RAM to at least 550mhz. This helps a lot for some 1080p h.265 files. However, some 1080p files are unwatchable regardless of OC.

Overclocking may help, and as @smp1 states, particularly the SDRAM. Please read and post in the numerous other overclocking threads if you need further help with overclocking and not here, as it's en entire topic in itself.

Hi, as well as the advice above, be carefull when overclocking to keep the system reliable; note that full rate video, ie 50 to 60Hz will not play reliably, half rate 24 to 30Hz, which is more common anyway, will usually play ok, depending on how it was encoded, also if it is full frame or letterbox (letterbox usually better), the lower the bit rate, the more likely it is to play reasonably, some play perfectly, some not so, it may be worth using someting like handbrake to re-encode it at a lower frame/bitrate.
Regards, Kevin.
...edit,
Filled in the custom source. I get an error "No build were found for Rpi2" .
Hello,
have some Problems with Addons:

If i update from #610 to #612 all my addons are disappeared.
Go back from #612 to # 610 all Addons are visible.

Have i to make a backup before update each time?

THX

btw: wifi problems from Post: #867 are solved - only channel 1-6 operated with pi3 :-p

Set custom channel1 to http://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/master/RPi2

Then go to update channel and select Milhouse-8.0

After that the available builds are visible.
