v17 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 17.0)
(2016-11-25, 17:08)ksooo Wrote: @grisia if you have the chance, could you please test build 1124 and report back whether the pvr recordings subfolder issues are solved?

@ksooo Great. For me the bug is gone. All recordings with special characters are in place. Big thanks for the fast response.

The first impression on the new design is impressive.

I also experience a similar issue after I updated. The sound loops for a few seconds, image color goes to green scrambled and then turns black. I'm on rPi3 (special build with the new skin, came from a build about 3 weeks old), high oc'ed. I was watching live TV from a DVB-C USB stick. Interface is on 1080p and the channel playing was 1080p h264.

I will try to help out. I'm now checking if it was a one-time-thing before changing anything about my config.

Same here with live tv from Tvheadend on Rpi 3 (tv server on x86) so no USB on Rpi .

Cool. Thanks for reporting back. I just merged the fix into kodi master.

Do you have "adjust display refresh rate to match video" enabled (you must for 3D mode switching to work).

What is this?
Code:
17:28:56.445 T:1450963872  NOTICE: [service.lgtv.remote 0.1.20] Stereoscopic mode has changed to TAB
17:28:56.446 T:1450963872   ERROR: EXCEPTION Thrown (PythonToCppException) : -->Python callback/script returned the following error<--

                                            KeyError: ('',)
-->End of Python script error report<--

It doesn't seem to be working properly (report it to service.lgtv.remote maintainer).
But it shouldn't be necessary on a Pi - it handles 3D switching itself.

I have "Adjust Display refresh rate" set to Always. Ignore the 3D switcher. When it wasn't working i thought i might be able to hack with an add-on.. it didn't work and i removed it.
FYI Bluetooth not working in #1125 is a known issue and will be fixed in #1126.

I generally like the Estuary skin. But is there a way to prevent the album cover, year and song title to slide out of the screen when playing music? I would like this to be visible permanently and I did't find any setting for this.
edit, because hardware defect

E.g. Try total_mem=1016. If that seems good try total_mem=1020, and if not try total_mem=1012.

I've started testing with 1016, seems to run stable; at least i didnt have any crashes in >36hrs. I'm now on 1020, will update tomorrow...

After a reboot then .kodi/temp/kodi.old.log may be useful if it shows what was going on from just before the crash.

Nope, noting, if it freezes, it's dead as a doornail, no ssh, no serial, hdmi dropps after a few seconds on random-noise-screen, and the last entry in kodi.old.log was always unrelated, no warnings or errors...

[*]bootcode: Enable use of top 16M on Pi2/Pi3

This one freezes (ssh and serial-console dead, log stops), with random colored noise on the screen, not reproducable, sometimes while playing video, sometimes while idle with black screensaver on; happened six or seven times in the last 18h...

Anyone else seeing this...? The screen looks really like random memory is spilling into the screen, guess this is somehow related to the new bootcode?

Same here. 3 crashes last 3 hours on #1124
All is stock, no overclock. CPU temp reached 75 degrees C for the first time since i have the RPi3 on idle.

Now updated to #1125
Hi everyone
I am struggling to get the xSqueeze plugin to work

I have installed the plugin and also tried all the other xsqueeze options from:
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/4q8dvq2...wjg7xjl1by

When i run xSqueezelite i cannot get any output devices
# squeezelite -l
Output devices:
null - Discard all samples (playback) or generate zero samples (capture)

Has anyone else got it working on a Pi2 or Pi3 running Libreelec?

The problem is also in the version # 1125 yet.
Have three RPI 3 all have the same problem.

Hi, this little video explain my problem to handle with mouse and/or touchpad from k400 logitech keybord in this new skin

https://youtu.be/D8uBPQjRHvM

posted also in Estuary forum. Its dificult to make a video with a webcam@50/60Hz, but you will see this jumping ; -)
I think the +16 MB feature isn't that good. Since this feature is in build, I also get these crashes. Now back to 1118, don't know, if 1119 also works.
