Now when letsencrypt is a thing, shouldn't the forum and tracker have ssl, at least at the login page?

Forum needs to be migrated to a new server - the current server can't handle the https load (forum).
The forum is kind of absurdly big - last migration attempt went almost correct.
Lets see what we can do during the upcoming DevCon in Budapest.
Trac i can take a look at although to be honest I am happy it is running at all.
We are discussing moving to another bugtracker altogether in which case it would be a wasted effort.
