Very strange if the installation went well...

What method did you use in order to install the Addon? With our official repo like described here: https://catch-up-tv-and-more.github.io/installation/ ?

You can try to enable Kodi debug log en reinstall the Addon in order to have more details.

Thank you.

I went to the repo on a computer, copied the zip file over samba into the downloads folder on my Kodi machine. I then installed via zip file.

Ok. I'll try and get the log.

Hi @dongus

What you installed is not the video plugin Catch-up TV & More BUT the repository addon that allows you to install Catch-up TV & More from the Kodi add-on library ;-)

Hi deps,

Are using the procedure given here https://catch-up-tv-and-more.github.io/fr/installation/

Maybe you can try to remove the add-on installed from the Kodi repo in order to do a fresh install with the given tutoriel?

Also, can you provide the debug log? (You need to enable the debug log in Kodi settings)

I think it was just a coinsidence but a new version is available now, so i think that the repository was in update that's why that dosn't work.
Because a new version is now available (and it work)
so my issue is fixed

Oh yes, Wwark just released a major update of the plugin with the built-in Kodi Live TV support over M3U files (a step by step tutorial coming soon, but at the moment we only have a README to enable this feature : https://github.com/Catch-up-TV-and-More/...LIVE_TV.md).

It's strange that the release caused this issue .. don't know ... Anyway, if it works for you this is the main ;-D

Hi. On closer inspection only the repo added installed successfully. The add-on install fails because it can't install a dependency. Looking at the log, that dependency may be youtube-dl.

Relevant log section here: https://paste.kodi.tv/puheyamonu.kodi

Can upload full log if required.

Hi Dongus,

You seem to have issue to install all dependancies required by our plugin to work.

Which version of Kodi did you use ? Do you have the official Kodi repository in your kodi instance?

The full log will be helpfull

Thanks,
Wwark.

I installed a fresh version of LibreElec running Kodi 17.6. I then used the backup addon to restore my addons from OpenElec.  Yes I have the Kodi repo (Team Kodi ver 2.5)
