Hi, welcome. This problem sounds familiar, the user who reported it not too long ago said the fix had something to with...I actually I can't recall how he fixed it. Have you tried searching this sub-forum?
Just fyi, we usually also need the serverwmc log (see debug tab in serverwmc).

Hello Krusty, Thank you.
I have searched the sub-forum and tried all that I found but didnt help me . I tried changing DVR settings and video settings and setting them back to default and rebooting shieldTV. TV file was king of queens. I will post WMC log file soon as soon as I figure out how too.
Thanks

I got out of Kodi --> Went to Android Settings --> Storage & reset --> Network Storage --> Available Network storage that shows my MMPC and other network drives --> I select each one and it prompts me if I want to sign on as guest or registered used so I dont think i have mounted any drives. The above link seems to say if you unmount the drive it solves the problem but I dont think I have one mounted.
Thank you,
B.

When I do mount my WMC PC in android --> Select It I see:
KODI
Total space: 0.89 TB (seems strange this would show up since I mounted WMC PC only)
Recorded TV-Commercials
Total space: 1.3 TB
Recorded TV2
Total Space: 2.4 TB

I guess that's not the problem then (make sure you unmount the drives). Looking at the log file you potsed I see that you have a number of setting changes that should not be set different from their default values. Please set these values back to the default settings (listed below). Then restart serverwmc and see if the problem persists.
UseUrlClientPaths_Kodi: True >>Default: False
RemuxActiveRecordings: False >>Default: True
Debug_RemuxAllRecordings: True >>Default: False

According to the log the values have not been changed, see this part of the serverwmc log (its toward the top of the file).

You need to change the these values in the settings file of serverwmc (config.xml) you can get to this file from the 'debug' tab of serverwmc. Once you get these values changed, to keep the log file cleaner, just start serverwmc try to play a live stream and after it quits post the log file.

Hello Krusty,
Good News. My Server WMC is working flawlessly. Below is what I did
1) In my router I had Port 9080 on in port forwarding (left over from when I was using remote potato) - removed this port forward setting
2) I uninstalled ServerWMC
3) I deleted all folders and files that had "severwmc" name
4) Rebooted PC
5) Set port setting to 9080 for front end and back end
6) WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for your patience and help
