Can you explain what you mean by "mixing the caps" and "Legion caps"? I haven't come across these phrases before.

Hi blossom,

I have folder with arrow, another with supergirl. Library does not detect none of them. When I go to videos to refresh arrow, it catches the name but not the chapters. Then I hit refresh again and it appears as Supergir!! no idea why this is happening.

Same thing happened with The Flash and Legion. The last chapter of Flash that was in its own folder appeared in Legion's library. Hit update library but nothing happened. Hope you can understand.

I think so... But when you say chapters, do you mean episodes?

If I understand correctly, it sounds like a file name and structure problem.

Using Arrow and Supergirl for the example, do you have it set up as follows: ?

\TV Shows (this is your source directory)
\TV Shows\Arrow
\TV Shows\Arrow\Arrow S01E01
\TV Shows\Arrow\Arrow S01E02 etc
\TV Shows\Supergirl
\TV Shows\Supergirl\Supergirl S01E01
\TV Shows\Supergirl\Supergirl S01E02 etc

Yes, I mean episodes. It can't be an structure problem. I have been using xmbc/kodi for about 5 years now. My structure is:

F:\TV Shows\Iron Fist\Marvels.Iron.Fist.S01E01.

It is the same for all TV Shows. I have been careful with that part.

Anyway, thanks for your help, It seems my kodi installation was corrupted. I had an update in Windows store and couldn't apply it as it kept showing an error. Removed the app, deleted every db and folders in appdata and now is back to normal.

All 4 episodes of The Stand scraped fine, but episodes 1 "The Plague" and 2 "The Dreams" are once again reversed in the KODI UI. Really not a problem, just something I haven't seen before.

Also debug log (wiki) is needed.

Here's one from me. I think I got this correct. After I started debug logging I restarted KODI and refreshed the episodes in The Stand series. https://paste.ubuntu.com/24230343/ Hope this helps, thanks.

The obvious point is that the show is called "The Stand" but the directory you have the files in is called "Stand". Fix that and see if it works properly.

Compare the results of these two searches in your browser:

Code:
http://thetvdb.com/api/GetSeries.php?seriesname=Stand&language=en

Code:
http://thetvdb.com/api/GetSeries.php?seriesname=The%20Stand&language=en

I changed it. It scraped much faster, but the result was the same. The first 2 episodes are reversed. I think there's something going on or changes being made over at the TVDB. I searched for Space 1999 to check the episode order, nothing showed up but "English" in the language column. I try again later.

Yes, I just checked mine and the first two episodes are reversed.

I have never come across this, but this may be because all my split episodes are actually combined into one episode and I just use Stand S01E01.1-01.2 so I only get the one entry

I just had a peek in the DB, and noticed that Kodi does not use the (E01).1 or .2. It just records it as Episode 1. So there are two Episode 1 in the database and it just defaults to an alphabetical listing.

The quick fix is to bring up the context menu for The Plague, select Manage, then select Rename Title. Put a double space between "The" and "Plague". It's not elegant, but it works

Good idea, that'll work. Thanks again.

Anybody have any idea where this error message is coming from and how to fix it?
It is starting to mess up my TV episodes database, that was previously just fine.
I recently upgraded to Kodi 17.1 and am using the Xonfluence skin.
I have no idea if the problem is with Kodi or the skin or the scraper or the TVDB.
Any help would be appreciated.

As stated previously, I have never seen this message in Kodi before.

Can you post a debug log. http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Easy

Best procedure is to turn on debugging in settings>system>logging, resart Kodi, then replicate the problem so the message comes up. I assume this happens when you rescan the library. Then post the log to pastebin and link back here.
