Only if it runs Android (which I don't believe any Samsung TVs do, but I might be wrong). Otherwise, you're best off getting a small Android or Raspberry Pi box and connecting it over HDMI - it'll cost peanuts, and be supported (esp. the Pi) much longer than your smart TV apps and OS.
