1 hour shift on Kodi 17
#1
Hello,
Since Kodi 17, there is a bug on IPTV Simple. Indeed, there's a one hour shift on the current program. So for exemple, the News of 20h (8PM) are indicated at 19h (7PM). To correct this, I had to add the option tvg-shift=1 in the M3U. But for people who are still on Kodi 16, there's now a shift in the reverse so can you correct this please ?

It's not a bug from the XMLTV because the shedule are good.

Thank you

Ho there,

What does this mean:

My EPG for IPTV is now one hour behind - when it says 4PM, it is actually playing the 3pm show.

Help help help. :-)

Hello,
For example, I have a show who start at 20h00 UTC+0200 . I'm in France so I'm in this Time Zone and in the XML TV, it's written start="20170703200000 +0200"

But in Kodi 17, it's written that the show starts at 19h00 so all programs have a 1 hour shift.

This problem doesn't appear on Kodi 16.

The bug is only on Windows. On Android, that's OK. Why ?

This is the main reason why I'm still on Kodi 16.

I have same issue.
Only happens to me when Daylight Savings Time is in affect and only Windows.

Pretty sure I may have found the issue below:

thanks for this. i was thinking it was a problem with webgrab i use to generate my epg. at a certain moment i even thought it has to do something with my modem or pc's time settings.
i also added tvg-shift="1" to all my channels in the m3u so it works properly.

I am having the same issue however going back to kodi 16 isn't an option as 16 doesn't behave for me on my iptv provider and shifting in the m3u doesn't seem to work for me either
