I tried to reboot my xbmc box and it will not take my order number. Is there a way to get a new number? I am not a tech person more like tech illiterate. All I know is my box no longer boots up and I was doing a factory reset because my tv stream would come on for 30 seconds and then turn off. Any help would be appreciated.
