I might just buy the vero 4K + box which should pass any audio format to the soundbar.

Does anyone know how this is in terms of Picture quality compared to the fire stick for example ?

No idea about the Fire Stick, but I think the Vero 4K (+) has one of the best picture quality.

Fire TV 4K + MrMC impossible to see my 4k rip
Nvidia Shield + Kodi 18.5 same 4K rip are perfect.

Why do you compare MrMC vs. Kodi on a different hardware?

iperf3 testing with FireTV resulted in 300 Mbit/s directly next to a 5 GHz AC Repeater and it resulted in 195 Mbit/s with the router two rooms away.
OK, i installed Kodi on Fire TV 4k too, and i can confirm that (on my system) Wifi is better on Shild than on AFTV.

I have this problem with low resolution files.
If i set 720x576 (DVD) o 720x480 (mp4) in whitelist, this files are played very small on the TV, not in fullscreen mode.

No problem with 720p or highter files.

What are your iperf3 results? Can you post them?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

On Shield 4K videos are perfect.
On AFTV i have a lot of buffer, specially at start of video

Something like this. Having buffering issues, especially in kodi might have multiple issues, only one is bandwidth. Therefore using established tools before making conclusions is important.

Okay. That is the internet connection test. How fast should your internet connection be? 100/20?

The iperf3 measurements are a bit hidden in this application and you need another computer to connect then to the FireTV.

Why are you whitelisting them? i have a few DVD files and they always play fullscreen on my FireTV Stick 4K Kodi install.

Not sure how related this is to your problem, but in the past I had to use the decoderfilter.xml to force MPEG2 below 600 height to software decoding.  However I have never had to whitelist 720x576 or 720x480.  Most of my problems have come from interlaced video in MPEG2 or H.264
